I created this website to share some of the things I care about most—photography, research, and a commitment to looking closely and with curiosity at the world around us. I’m based in Berlin, with a background in molecular biology and a camera that often points towards the night sky.
My professional path has led me across fields and continents. I grew up in Bonn, spent several years in Boston researching the molecular mysteries of Toxoplasma gondii, and later returned to Germany to lead my family’s fitness and wellness business during the pandemic. That experience brought me closer to people, decision-making, and responsibility in ways the lab never had—and sparked a shift towards roles that connect science, business, and technology. I have since worked as a management consultant for biotech and infrastructure clients, and recently joined a Berlin startup building AI-powered tools for Medical Affairs.
Outside of work, I pursue my curiosity in various directions—photography with a special fascination for the night sky, learning about geology to understand how landscapes came to be, tinkering with tech projects, or getting lost in a good podcast or on a long hike. In the lab, in business operations, behind the camera, or out in nature—I'm drawn to things that require attention, patience, and care.
This site is a place to share some of what I’m working on and thinking about—mostly my photography and research for now, maybe more in the future. Thanks for stopping by. If anything here resonates, feel free to say hello—I’d love to hear from you!
